I fail to see what opening the skull achieves???  there has been no indication that trauma to the head is a part in this.  Wouldn't the rain/water have washed any dust away?  The remains were there fore 6 months.

He seems to be suggesting that Dr G failed to complete a thorough autopsy, because she hadn't opened the skull.

Why would it matter, when there was no head injury?

If the duct tape had been put on at a much later date why was it so worn? why was there no DNA from the person who'd put it on? The tape had been there for months!

No one is 100% sure, i do think the Mother. I mentioned on the other thread why i think... in short  she chloroformed her child to get to sleep, it went wrong one time, the duct tape was used AFTER death to stop bodily fluids escaping, and this adds up with the jaw being held in place with the duct tape.

For me the most likely sinereo of them all unfortunately.

Also we know the state contaminated this duct tape, So the item the state claim is the murder weapon was contaminated by the FBI.

Why would duct tape be applied after the body had decomposed? 

He said he would have problems with assertion tape placed prior to decomposition  Obviously decomposition starts after death. 

 Spitz says manner of death is undetermined & can't rule out an accidental death I would have expected DNA if tape placed across face.
