I haven't been posting as I've been doing a mountain of ironing, but I have been watching the trial. Jeff Ashton has done a good job of cross-examining this witness.

well i hope he got paid well ........i would imagine that the way he has evaded questions in order to make himself look big (bigger and brighter than his teacher with 50 years experience) - I would think he's done his reputation untold damage within his field.

I don't think this witness will have made any gains for the defence...he's blatantly trying to answer things for the defence rather than scientifically  or honestly in my opinion

Yep .......a distinct lack of inegrity IMO.......................answer honestly with the knowledge that you have. Can't see him being called as an expert witness in a trial anytime in the near future.

I started out feeling sorry for this witness ..............I now think he's a snivelling little runt. He made a big mistake putting himself up for this - he's coming across as shifty and disingenuous IMO.

I think we tend to forget that its early there, about 4.30?
