So...is he saying then that Caylee,s body wasnt put in the boot immediatly after her death, but she was left somewhere else then moved to the boot, then to the woods, hence lack of colonisers in the boot?

He is saying any sinereo is possible. Basically the prosecution  want it one way, the defence the other way, and really no one knows for sure it could be anyway . Any situation could have been the case, could have been possible.
