on the 2nd pic i think i can, looks like lying in a fetal position, hard to see tho......
oh actually i think i see it now on the last pic. if i am seeing what they mean they mean the full size of the screen and the legs are bottom right curled up in the foetal position.

I think after all this incredibly lengthy to and froing and (IMO) boring testimony - Jeff Ashton will simply rip the poor guy to shreds with 4 or 5 rapid fire questions

Surely even if the state didn't pick up on the suss date - someone will have let them know during lunch. As someone said earlier - they've had time to come up with the questions!
I can't wait to see Baez's face when he's challenged on this .........my guess it'll be a jaw drop moment!
It may give the State the opportunity to bring in the jail house videos of when the remains were found.

they've crossed swords before and apparently the witness got the better of Ashton
this guy isn't giving him the answers he wants - he's stock statement is "if you assume the environmental conditions" but he's not really backing up what he's said in his testimony
