What I did hear was that he says he didn't have any conversations with George - the phone wasn't in his possession at the date but with another known criminal????  He's a God fearing man who is misunderstood because he didn't have enough money to hire a proper lawyer????

that's all I got

I missed it too  , who is this Thomson guy?

He served time for a kidnapping - but it was a domestic situation and not a stranger kidnapping a child. Defence claimed he had phoned George the day before Caylee went missing.

Turns out the mobile number did not belong to Mr Thomson until 2009. So he is completely innocent and has never spoken to or met George.

I think this testimony is designed to say that there were no coffin flies in Casey's car therefore there could not have been a body decomposing in it

You're welcome, Pengy.

I don't think I can stand much more of this testimony - I'm bored rigid.

then he's taken the wind out of Baez's sails by making this statement and it's one less witness to listen too - interesting that he's being represented by the same firm of lawyers that are representing Zenaida

Agreed Pengy. I can understand why Jeff is getting annoyed with Bozo, but he'll need to keep his frustration under control.

They were saying over here yesterday this is a deliberate tactic Ashton uses to show his distain for the defence.

That's interesting, Roxan.

Ahhhhhh!  interesting   I think it was Bill Shaeffer who mentioned him being 'emotional' as well

I think Baez may have Ashton by the short and curlies on this proffer

Gypsie, can you hear the train?

Oh was it directed at Ashton, i keep losing my sound ..

Yes. it was, Skylark.

Ashton mentioned that Baez was busy texting - and the judge said he didn't want to hear "editorial" comments from the lawyers. JP was not happy.

Dont blame him - Morgan and Morgan are the biggest baddest legal firm here, the one all the insurance companies dread!

Good  move then on his behalf and Zenaida's as well
