we are back at 9 for just a few mins while the state wraps up its case. Then i think we get the day off (2 pm our time)

Whooooooooooooopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ..............although - Mr woo is away on a golfing jaunt till Thursday evening - I was excited to be having a bit of me time! On the plus side - I get to watch Waterloo road and the Apprentice.

I really should get a life outside of telly and computer . although - I'm bloody gutted that I've gotta go out saturday night

My comments last night were unforgivable - I get caught up in the moment. I do not want to see the death penalty at all. I would love to see her locked up for the rest of her life though - some things are unforgivable IMO and some people are beyond redemption.

Oh i watched that yesterday, i was listening to all the commentators mentioning it and confirming it. I can barely  imagine what she must be going through, her emotions must be shattered to pieces. 

Cindy is the sort of woman that it would not surprise me if she got ill from it all. her body language to me yesterday when she was on the stand was that of ' HADENOUGH' She looks like she could snap at any point and either collapse in a heap or swing for you. 

 Just been catching up with things. Has the prosecution done enough do we think?

I see the defence picked up on the fact that the jury were discussing things between themselves. They will do anything to get a mistrial, it seems

sounds like it on the grounds that the State hasn't met it's burden of proof.  Well they couldn't get a mistrial so they've got to try something else because I doubt they've got very good witnesses.

If the state has failed to prove murder, then she gets off , what a scary thought ...............................

they were saying yesterday on wftv that this request to have the trial cancelled is routine and happens after every case, regardless, its just routine. So i wouldn't worry too much, Judgie boy will listen, slurp his coffee and say....."deeenigh'd" then shuffle off for burgers.

 I know, but I do feel the State has proved it's burden    I imagine JP will have to take everything Mason into account but I feel he will reject the aquittal appeal

They are going to try to show accidental death, if they cant prove Caylee was murdered how on earth are the defence going to prove this. Should be an interesting week ahead x

also if anyone remembers yesterday in the housekeeping after court, judgie asked mason if he had his aquittal speech (he used a technical term that bill S also used ) ready for tomorrow, so this is an expected speech.

I dont think he could have told them any clearer that they have not a hope in hell, shes going through with her trial. Her face was great
