I think it is "bad" that all other witnesses have been "brought to the stand" and asked to justify their statements.........yet.....Casey has'nt...

I agree Syd, and I think it is wrong that Bozo can suggest that Casey was sexually abused by George and Lee - without putting Casey on the stand to back up her claim.

She will only be called if the defence choose to put her on the stand. It's highly unlikely because she has six felony convictions which may discredit her . Does she really only need that to discredit her? .........................c'mon  - who would believe a word she says?

I seriously think it would damage further her case should she take to the stand.  We can all see she has a propensity to lie at the drop of a hat - I truly believe that she would think nothing of lying on the stand 

I understand what you are saying............But I think the Jury need to hear her speak.............

I don't think she knows how to tell the truth.

I hope they do put her on the stand but I don't think the defence will risk it.

I agree but as I understand it she/her defence team have the right not to put her on the stand and I don't thing Baez will take the risk, as much as we would want it.

Do the prosecution give a final speech summing the evidence up? If so then i think that's when they will mention that the tattoo means beautiful life. They have to let the jury know that!!!

the State will have to officially rest their case.  After the defence has done all their bits and pieces of evidence and witnesses then I think both have to give their closing arguments then the jury deliberate. 

However, the defence are trying to go for a mistrial yet again

She does'nt even look shocked and scared.......at her future.....she seems to have gone to thinking she is a defence lawyer listening to another persons case......

But how much more wonderful if the jury .............ponder about it in their deliberations - and then find it out for themselves! They'll be like WOWEE ..................we've cracked this case and it's all down to us!
