Trains do go past sometimes, Gyps. The judge has even held things up a few times, until the train passes.

it has been stated elsewhere that the significance of Cindy not ever seeing the "Big Trouble" shirt before is because Casey bought the shirt for Caylee and a "Bad Girl" shirt. Cindy wouldn't have approved. ONLY Casey put Caylee in that shirt. So ONLY Casey could have dressed Caylee the day of her death. Shirt was probably never even brought into the Anthony home. It was probably brought with Casey to her "friends" and boyfriends homes in her backpack. So Caylee murdered NOT at Anthony home but when with Casey.

She has been through the mill for over three years - she's lost her grand daughter and stands to lose her daughter too. If it goes to DP - it's likely to go on for more years!

It's bad enough to lose a grandchild but ............I'm sure it'll be a long time before this is all over.

personally I'm against the death penalty and would prefer prisoners to live with what they've done and I'd prefer they do hard labour and all their wages to go to a fund to help victims.

However, if they are put to death and that is the choice of the good people of Florida to have the dp, then it's better that it's lethal injection than leccy chair 

god when you read the american groups discussing this they want her hung drawn and quartered!

I think his patience is wearing thin TBH.

It's such an emotive subject  - murder is at any time but when it's a defenceless child that takes things to a whole new level. 

She's allowed a fair trial and from what I've seen, this has been a very fair one (although it's not over till the Baez sings or capitulates).  

I would say the majority of people prolly feel she is guilty of pre-mediated murder - as the State's evidence has continued, I've found it increasingly hard to believe that Zanny took her or that she drowned or even that it was an accident 

I thought he was giving him evil looks earlier - I agree, his patience with Baez is wearing thing

She is one of the rare prisoners who would only bemoan how mean we would all be by making her live out her life in prison - I think she still believes she'll be found not guilty 

If she is found guilty then I think the best option is the dp for her as she has shown no remorse or guilt for what she has done (imo)

That's an understatement! Evil and perverse springs to mind .............she was talking to a fellow inmate and says 'when we get out of here we should get pregnant together, - she then talks of 'always having wanted to adopt a child from another country (preferably Ireland cos she loves the accent)' .........then goes on to say 'there should be more people like us in this world'.

The girl is deluded! It's a long, long read but if others with interest haven't read it I urge you to do so.

Most reports from the court room are saying Cindy she mouthed  "I love you" when she left the stand the first time and Casey ignored her.
