I think Bozo needs to learn - less is more. He does himself no favours in cross examination - more often than not strengthens the case for the prosecution IMO.

I know I shouldn't laugh but someone else just mused that Jeff Ashton is coughing because he caught a fly from yesterday's witness

You've got to give him credit for trying 

If she had any decency she wouldn't put her parents/brother through this and would plead guilty  as for Bozo he can't cross properly because the State had done a very good job of building up a very good amount of evidence that has been thoroughly and scientifically researched and presented

Soozy I think she's in her own little world and I doubt she's really listening to what is being said.

I really don't see what the defence can come up with as a line of defence for her because they've bumbled with their own theory of Caylee drowning!  As you've said, he's probably strengthened the State's evidence rather than deposed it

JP is not going to be happy at this witness being called back.  He objected to the evidence now he doesn't object so he can ask questions - Good Lord is this the best he can do!!!!!
