Even I understand why they're distinguishing between trash and garbage.
Garbage = rotting food stuff
Trash = papers, bottles and packaging etc
That is why they're being so precise - hasn't he understood that yet?

Bozo has his easel out again
and we've got the trash versus garbage conflab again
Ummm so 3 to 5 days puts her in the woods around the 18th...which is when she borrowed the shovel...that makes sense. Caylee's little body must have leaked and that's why they cut out a section of carpet and why the smell is still strong in that can.
I think they're assuming Caylee did not die in the trunk of the car and those early colonizers came wherever she died or have I got that wrong?
I think the early colonizers weren't able to get to her because she was tied up in a plastic bag. That's all I'm getting really - i'm not sure Baez even knows where this is going.

that makes sense Soozy - more sense that Baez is making
his roach motel joke fell flat

Casey is quite perky though - finding talk of her daughters decomposing body quite amusing
Good to see casey having a nice hearty chuckle there over the garbage /trash confusion. Nice to see her smile isnt it
Hi everyone, have I missed anything important?

I found that quite distressing - how could she find it funny
afternoon Gypsie and Yogi
Hi Pengy.
sorry, i always forget to say hello, afternoon gaga jury
If i were at a trail for my kid and there were any talks of maggots or remains and the witness and lawyer were giggling id be furious! Shes off her head.
Someone elsewhere just made this point about some of the items found:
"the syringe worries me. Clorox, Ice, nail polish remover and a syringe? I think the thought of that is why the state wants death. I hope they bring up either the syringe & gatoraide bottle or say that it has nothing to do with this case. You never inject chloroform? Casey may not have known that you breathe chloroform!"
I hadn't thought of that

Hi Gypsie. I was late and missed that bit.
again he's asking how much people are paid!!! Is he trying to insinuate that they only testify for the money?????

Were all of those things found with the body?

Did the witness just tell Bozo that the defence team still owed him money?

That's it in a nutshell, Pengy.

I think they were Yogi although I could be mistaken and they were found in the boot (trunk) of the car but I'm sure they were with the body

I know he is working pro bono but I'm sure the judge isn't, the state aren't, the jury will get expenses, the stenographer will be paid. Surely this man is allowed to charge for his services??? He's got to eat and by the look of him he eats well

You are right about the fees though, everyone deserves to be paid for their work.

have just checked Yogi - they were found 'near' the body

Thanks Pengy. I think the evidence is mounting up.
Apparently the jury get $30 a day - not that much really
Apparently the jury get $30 a day - not that much really
I wonder if that is expenses - it certainly wouldn't cover loss of earning for most people.
Mebbe it's me but sometimes I don't understand why Baez asks the same questions 30 different ways
typical! Bloomin visitors - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - just got rid and now into recess!

I would think expenses - I remember getting a slightly higher amount for my expenses but as I worked for the NHS at the time, I didn't lose any wages. I would think that they'd be able to claim loss of salary/wage the same as us

You need to put an *out to all visitors - contact me in 3 weeks notice on your door and a message on your answer phone*

I'm seriously thinking of doing that.

Bill Shaeffer from WFTV said that Dr Haskell has provided pretty much damning evidence that Caylee's little body was in the car trunk for 3/5 days in the plastic bag before being dumped in the wood. She was then dumped in the wood end of June/beginning of July
Casey was driving her car around town dropping her friends here and there with her child's body in the back.
I can only guess she dumped it when the smell got to be too much
the man on wftv just reported on the fact that apparently the jurors looked round at casey when they were hearing the evidence that the body was moved there. and he said that they would have been thinking 'what sort of monster are you' .... sort of says it all.. I dont fancy hers much
I'm gonna tell everyone I'm on holiday! I'm also gonna take the phone off the hook - everytime it rings I scream eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh - piÂĢÂĢ off!

It seems the entomologist's evidence has had a marked effect on the jury.
The defence should be very worried.

It blows the Roy Kronk theory out of the water

Piece by piece, the state are demolishing Bozo's opening statement/defence theories.
I wonder if this is where the bottle and syringe comes in????
George and Cindy are in court today.
Baez is paying close attention and looking very agitated.
