Bozo has his easel out again

and we've got the trash versus garbage conflab again

Ummm  so 3 to 5 days puts her in the woods around the 18th...which is when she borrowed the shovel...that makes sense.   Caylee's little body must have leaked and that's why they cut out a section of carpet and why the smell is still strong in that can.

I think they're assuming Caylee did not die in the trunk of the car and those early colonizers came wherever she died or have I got that wrong?

Someone elsewhere just made this point about some of the items found:

"the syringe worries me. Clorox, Ice, nail polish remover and a syringe? I think the thought of that is why the state wants death. I hope they bring up either the syringe & gatoraide bottle or say that it has nothing to do with this case. You never inject chloroform? Casey may not have known that you breathe chloroform!"

I hadn't thought of that

Were all of those things found with the body?

I think they were Yogi  although I could be mistaken and they were found in the boot (trunk) of the car but I'm sure they were with the body

That's it in a nutshell, Pengy.

I know he is working pro bono but I'm sure the judge isn't, the state aren't, the jury will get expenses, the stenographer will be paid.  Surely this man is allowed to charge for his services??? He's got to eat and by the look of him he eats well

You are right about the fees though, everyone deserves to be paid for their work.

Thanks Pengy. I think the evidence is mounting up.

I wonder if that is expenses - it certainly wouldn't cover loss of earning for most people.

I would think expenses - I remember getting a slightly higher amount for my expenses but as I worked for the NHS at the time, I didn't lose any wages.  I would think that they'd be able to claim loss of salary/wage the same as us

Bill Shaeffer from WFTV said that Dr Haskell has provided pretty much damning evidence that Caylee's little body was in the car trunk for 3/5 days in the plastic bag before being dumped in the wood.  She was then dumped in the wood end of June/beginning of July

Casey was driving her car around town dropping her friends here and there with her child's body in the back.

I can only guess she dumped it when the smell got to be too much

It seems the entomologist's evidence has had a marked effect on the jury.

The defence should be very worried.

It blows the Roy Kronk theory out of the water

Piece by piece, the state are demolishing Bozo's opening statement/defence theories.
