Sooooooooooooooooooo annoying isn't it? I can't get rid of callers quick enough - think I may make myself a tad unpopular

This trial is making us very anti-social.

Not with each other

This durk tape, or whatever they call it, is a big issue here. Does anyone think that Casey may have given Caylee too much chloroform, she died and she panicked, hid her body till she came up with the nanny story, then made it look like Caylee was murdered, hence she or another tied the tape around Caylee,s face, and dumped her body? To me its kind of looking that way at the moment. If so then it isnt murder. Or i am away down the wrong road, again! x

trouble is skylark it's all the other stuff that makes me think she did it purposely.  Cindy has already testified that Caylee could not have wandered over and accidentally got access to the pool as the ladders were removed.  If she did drown in the pool she must have been left unattended.  But why would you take your child out of a bathing suit and dress her in exactly the same clothes as she was last seen in by her grandparents?  Why was Casey more than 7 hours later in Blockbusters laughing and joking with her friend Jesse? Also her behaviour subsequent to that until challenged by Cindy when the child was by now 31 days missing show a girl who had no trouble clubbing and showing no outward sighs of being distressed that her child had been killed in an accident and that she'd hidden her!  You also have to remember that Casey thought Cindy was interfering too much in Caylee's bringing up and she didn't like the bond Caylee had with her grandparents - so to a certain degree Casey was jealous.

I think most normal people would have eventually cracked under investigation but to this day she hasn't therefore I can't believe that this little girl died of an accident   I really do believe that Casey didn't want Caylee but she didn't want anyone else to have her either!

^ all the above is just my belief

Your scenario makes more sense than anything her defence team have come up with.

However, (IMO) Casey's actions following Caylee's death were not those of someone who accidentally killed their child. She would have been heartbroken, grief-stricken and guilt-ridden.

Instead, Casey went out and partied and showed no sign of remose or guilt, which makes me think it was done on purpose rather than accidentally.

Hi x I am going by the trial, really, but yes she didnt show any remorse, Back to the drawing board !  Xx

It's such a difficult case. Nobody wants to believe a mother would kill her child in this way, but Casey is such a compulsive liar and her behaviour is so cold, it's hard to believe it wasn't murder.

I do.

Someone should have told Bozo that old saying, "It's better to be thought a fool, than open your mouth and remove all doubt" (something like that).

Poor Casey ........what on earth was she thinking when she hired this guy? I'm sure there are many who could have 'attempted' a better job. The guy is an idiot!

Gawd knows what she was thinking.  He doesn`t have a bliddy clue!

I don't think the family were enamoured with him ........casey wanted him and we've seen 'what Casey wants - Casey gets'.......................she really should have listened to her family. In saying that - the evidence is I believe overwhelming ....................I think Baez will be toast after this TBH. Who'd hire this buffoon?

It was Casey who contacted Bozo and asked him to represent her. I believe she heard of him through other prisoners while she was in jail.

I have heard that he is doing the work "pro bono", which I believe means doing it for free (or for the publicity).

Not sure if that's true though. Scotty might know for definite.

Don't be sad, you're a lovely nanny and you obviously adore your grandchildren.

Nothing to do with this case but I really do!!!!!!!!! I'm a complete bore when it comes to my boys - when people ask me how they are etc. I give them the option to retract because I go on and on and on and on! I simply adore my boys!

I don't think anyone should be afraid to show how proud they are of their kids/grand-kids

however,    I do object to hearing every last thing about them - I have a friend who likes to keep me informed about how many teeth her child now has or how many times he's pooped today or how much his hair has grown    I understand being proud of your kids but sometimes it can be too much especially when it's your only topic of conversation.
