The woman being cross examined appears in a prog on the crime channel Medical Examiners (I think) she takes no crap on that either  

She will not be bullied by Mason - good on her. I'm guessing he was good in the past ........he's simply an arrogant, ignorant bully now riding on his past success. Inexcusably rude behaviour which I'm sure will alienate the jury.

She's very experienced Soozy, she will have dealt with the likes of him time and time again...I've always liked her

Why? Would they need to do that? To show how the duct tape was positioned?

If that was what was shown on that video clip - how horrific would that be? Where were Caseys tears?

The jury are not present - far from being upset Casey simply looks angry and petulant. I'd have thought this would be incredibly upsetting to see TBH.

I think her tears are limited ......she's seen the photo - if it's admitted into evidence lets see how she reacts in front of the jury when it's produced!

I see where they're going with this - they're trying to determine that the tape was large enough in width to cover both the oral cavity and the nasal cavity   this shows that she wasn't trying to keep her quiet but that it was the intention to cut off oxygen to Caylee 

I'm not sure JP is going to let this into evidence

 Been on Wesh for a bit, Casey seems to have regained her composure, now looks angry. I dont think they will show this animation, although Casey watched it ....
This durk tape, or whatever they call it, is a big issue here. Does anyone think that Casey may have given Caylee too much chloroform, she died and she panicked, hid her body till she came up with the nanny story, then made it look like Caylee was murdered, hence she or another tied the tape around Caylee,s face, and dumped her body? To me its kind of looking that way at the moment. If so then it isnt murder. Or i am away down the wrong road, again! x

Your scenario makes more sense than anything her defence team have come up with.

However, (IMO) Casey's actions following Caylee's death were not those of someone who accidentally killed their child. She would have been heartbroken, grief-stricken and guilt-ridden.

Instead, Casey went out and partied and showed no sign of remose or guilt, which makes me think it was done on purpose rather than accidentally.

This trial is making us very anti-social.
