I don't know how true this is but apparently the prosecution made a complaint to the judge earlier in the trial complaining about Casey crying and since then she's supposedly stopped???

I think that woman who came up with the yellow pad - showed her 'you're not milking it enough'.

This is a witness describing the remains of her daughter (hair she brushed, mandibles that once smiled)...she looks......(To me, that he is irritating her by bringing it up).....

The trouble with casey is that she seems to be totally acting every single emotion. If she did kill her daughter, sitting there now with hindsight you would think there would be regret and horror as she heard all this evidence, but there is still no sign.  It just looks like shes playing a part, and shes not a very good actress!  If she was listening to what happened to her daughter and it was an accident, likewise, where is the sorrow (genuine sorrow) and the despair?

Good point that lady on WFTV made - the lap top yesterday was in front of Casey yesterday and yet today it's been moved - cynical move by defence to let the jury see Casey upset?????

Recess until 9am tomorrow. It seems that Casey isn't feeling well and judge has ended court for the day. Legal analyst thinks the weight of evidence which has been unveiled this week, has taken its toll on Casey.

Jury has not been told why court has ended early.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww poor Casey - has she got a bad case of conscience or is it the realisation that it's really not looking good for her.

According the the legal analyst, it's probably the latter.

Well Mr Woo will be happy - it'll be headphones off early tonight.

We haven't been told that but I would be surprised if the defence hadn't shown them to her and made her look at them!!!!  In all honesty, it would be difficult to look at them if it was your baby but at the same time I think you'd have to brave it.

 

In Casey's case it's hard to know if she really is upset at seeing them because it's her daughter or because she realises she's screwed 

I don't think anyone makes Casey do what she doesn't want to do TBH. Too late now but I think she could have benefited from a few smacked botties when she was small.

Ok thank you, I'm annoyed that she's upset so much that court is finished early for the day! I'm more sympathetic to the jury, it must have been a hard day for them
