It has but I don`t know if it`s cnn`s fault Yogi. The lawyers were complaining about the sound in the court a wee bit earlier. Could be that but not sure.

I have a theory on how Caley died. 

Casey as we know went out as if going to work, told everyone she was working, and that Caley was being looked after by a nanny. This is all lies as we know.

She did use chloroform to put child to sleep sometimes, we know this because she wrote it in a letter to an inmate.

I think she did this too often when she went out (as if going to work but she wasnt) and it went very bad, and from then, the last time she did this to her daughter it ended tragically.  she tried to cover it up and hide the body. 

I think this is very plausible 

She does doesn't she .........there's not much animation or readction from her is there?

It certainly sounds more plausible than anything Bozo (I love Scotty's name for him) and his team have suggested.

So far I have read that the Caley drowned and there was a cover up, by Mother and Grandfather.   Mother carried on with her life for so many days.....Grandfather never said a word until Grandmother started to demand seeing the child......

Am I right so far?......or have I misread?....

That's Casey's most recent story.

Your right, but before yesterday, Casey had made statements going back from three years ago, stating her daughter had gone to stay with the nanny and had gone missing from there.  She also said the last time she had seen her daughter was the 9th of june, even though her  daughter showed up on a family vide on the 15th of june.

The grandmother reported the daughter missing. 

Now they are saying she had drowned, the grandfather found her, and they plotted to hide the body and not tell the police as they were frightened a family scandal of sexual abuse would come out.

The body was put in the car and disposed of by accident by the grandfather so the defence say

The prosecution say, she was killed by duct tape across her mouth, wrapped up and put in the car for a while. Then placed in a location near some woods. found 5 months later. 

The car was taken to a tow away place of some description by Casey before she reported her daughter missing. Grandmother became suspicious and reported all of this. 

i hadn't heard of this case until i saw this thread, i looked it up online.

please keep posting, i'm very interested to see the outcome, the mother sounds hugely suspicious!

Cheers! I'm loving it (oh that's awful a child has been murdered) but - it is so addictive. We could do with edited highlights though - it can be a bit slow can't it?
