I've seen a couple of the body experts reviews of Casey's body language - very interesting. I've also seen some vids of Cindy and the family being abused for standing by her.

That vid of them turning up to accuse her of covering for casey was awful they were slating her on the comments that she lost her temper... Id have blooming flattened them I think she was very reserved. Brought home what a lot of stress that poor woman must have been under.

Agreed Gyps, no wonder Cindy lost her temper. The strain she and George have been under since Caylee went missing must be unbearable. I feel so sorry for them.

Bozo continues to re-cross John Bradley, the computer guy.

For a second time, Bozo tries to question the witness on a report which the witness did not write.

Judge is being more firm with Bozo today.

John Bradley is Canadian and he bowed to the judge on entering and leaving the court.

Apparently they do that in Canada.

I get the impression that Lee is deliberately being vague in his responses.

Casey told Lee a different kidnapping story. This time, Casey said Zanny held her down and told her she was taking Caylee because Casey was not a good mother.

He really is a broken man isn't he? The years have taken their toll.

I agree, he is a broken man. Casey has a lot to answer for, for the Hell she has put her family through due to her terrible lies.

Legal analyst on wftv saying he thinks Lee may be a reluctant witness, where the prosecution are having to slowly extract information from him, rather than him willingly offer information. I am guessing, that even with the awful things Casey has accused him of, Lee is unwilling to contribute to his sister being given the death penalty. What a terrible position for him to be in.

I'm thinking he may have lied a bit or stretched the truth in his deposition - it's a whole different story now but he has to keep to his original story.

(If that makes sense).

Legal analyst says it only requires 7 people within the jury to agree to a death penalty conviction, it doesn't have to be unanimous.

He knows he can't change his story now or he'll be impeached (sp). But he also knows his original testimony is very damaging to Casey, so it's having to be dragged from him.

After the jury left the judge advised anyone who could not stay in control of their emotions not to come back in court. He was adamant that if anyone reacted they would be swiftly ousted. Apparently there will be crime scene photos and autopsy pics. Any reaction could influence the jury and a mistrial could be called!

I have heard rumours that Cindy's brother (I think his name is Rick) is having a hard time with Cindy not accepting that her daughter killed Caylee (allegedly)   it would seem whilst her immediate family are trying to lessen their impact with testimony on Casey, her extended family have her tried and convicted already 

I understand it must be hard to see your daughter/sister on trial for murder but what about their niece/granddaughter???    What ever Casey did or didn't do, she had free choice, can the same be said about Caylee????
