Thanks Scotty, yes i think so too. When her brother visited, she got frustrated, because she wanted it about HER, she already knew Caylee was dead, and didnt want to go there , it was about her feelings. I find it hard to feel empathy for her x

To get slightly off track for a moment, Cindy painted herself as a good grandmother, which she may have been, but has been reported, as not yet thru the trial, Casey had given Caylee , chloroform, why hadnt she smelt it? She is a nurse afer all ?

I don't think anyone could fail to see (jury included) the huge difference in Caseys expression/demeanour today.

We dont know, what she has said to Bozo, in private , as yet...x

Yes Skylark and she did the same with her parents.  If she would admit to her guilt I could, perhaps, find some smidgeon of pity for her - but she never will.

you've got me thinking about that now but I'm wondering how soon after use on a rag for example, would the smell dissipate???   Obviously it would  be on the rag for some time but would there necessarily be an odour from a persons skin?  I have no idea - very thought provoking Skylark

If someone has googled 'how to make chloroform'm does it really matter how long they look at it on the page? Could they have made notes or even printed it out? The fact that it's been searched for is a bit suss isn't it?

It`s not known that Casey used cholorform before Caylee died. I`m sure if Cindy smelt it, she would have said so to Casey. ( punched her lights out)  Nothing in her police interviews or deposition points to her knowing anything about chloroform

I've had visitors tonight, so I'll read back after the court goes into recess.

My 3 year old grandaughter comes down 2 or 3 times a week, i give her a cuddle and can smell Persil , Daz ,toothpaste, and mud ! She was on antibiotics recently and i smelt her differently x

OK I've done a quick and I mean quick search and apparently it doesn't have a pungent whiff and you'd need more than one little whiff to pass out - they also said it smells a bit like honey

cindy would know the smell, its a cross between swimming and the dentist, x
