I think this is his strategy to keep chipping away at the prosecution's evidence.

Apparently it's not normal to have this many sidebars or objections but because it's a death penalty case, they don't want to give any opportunity for the defence to appeal on the grounds of a mistake by the prosecution which is why JP is putting up with Bozo.

Some have suggested she is looking thru stuff that was found on computers. Then again she is maybe writing down what she wants Bozo to ask, as she seems to be more intelligent than him

Hi Pengy, my son has put me on Google Chrome now instead of IE, working well, touch wood x

trouble is when she looks up, it shows her as a cold, unresponsive person - she doesn't seem to me, to show any emotion as to her daughter

I only ever use Chrome although I do like Mozilla Fire fox which is topical with this trial
