Baez had time yesterday to bring this up but either he didn't spot it or he thought he'd drag it out today and try and embarrass Dr Vass.

Apparently there are three cans all looking like each other so it appears as though this is nothing more than a little mistake!

From what I've seen of Bozo so far, I'd guess that he didn't spot it.

This witness is also directing his replies to the jury - Bozo is going to hate that.

I wonder if the State has told them to do that????

It would seem that all the police and FBI people are taught to do it that way.

His defence is about trying to belittle witnesses... and grasping at straws! 

Ashton did OK on cross though so I doubt it's really harmed the defence.

I would have to agree with that Roxan. Baez shouldn't have tried to outsmart the scientist when he himself had difficulty spelling  'iron' and 'magnesium'. He was struggling yesterday.
