I thought the dad showed signs of a short temper when being questioned by the defence and I also think asking what the wife was wearing a week ago that he is being set up for a later question that he does'nt have a good memory....

Did Baez not suggest the guy who found the body, had put it there?

I thought he was questioning why George should have such a clear recollection of Caylee's clothing, when he unable to recall what his wife or Casey was wearing on the same day.

I got that, but they had a drowned body supposedly, George and Casey, so how did it get from their hands to that guy who found the body in the woods? What happened to the body inbetween. 

I don't think Baez has worked that bit out yet.

Its very puzzling,you sort of go yeh yeh, ok,she could have drowned, but what do you do to the body after?  What is their take on what happened to the body for that bloke to hide it im the woods, i mean are they serious! I could have made a better story up. Are they really expecting us to believe she drowned in their back swimming area, and then the body to turn up in a wood and it was the fault of the bloke who found her??

I noticed that the forum is inordinately quiet lately Ev.  We need some controversial threads starting.    Trouble is, if 'some' people disagree with someone, they start with the personal attacks and potshots, and it gets out of hand.  It's a shame that people can't debate reasonably

He was Yogi.  Baez went down that route because when Caylee was found, fragments of her "Big Trouble Comes In Small Packages" t.shirt were beside her body.

This is the t.shirt George says she was wearing the last day he saw her, the last time Caylee was seen alive, (after she left the home that day with Casey) by anyone.  

He`s trying to discredit George`s memory with his "What was Cindy wearing last Tuesday etc etc?

Of course he`s going to remember what Caylee was wearing. Apart from it being a distinctive t.shirt, it`s the last image he has of his beloved grandaughter. It`s emblazoned in his memory.

Cindy Anthony (Casey`s Mum) is in the witness stand today.

I don`t think she`ll back Casey any further. They ( George and Cindy) issued a statement yesterday that they were hurt and disgusted by the accusations from Casey and her defense team. 

Should be interesting.

Judge Perry getting tough. He`s not putting up with the defense playing a game of stalling..wasting time, searching for files.

Baez and his team have lost a file, and are holding everything up. Judge is not pleased.

They`ve been like this from day one. Judge Perry made allowances ( too many imo) during the pre trial hearings etc... in order to get this to trial but now it`s in trial.. he`s taking no nonsense! 

If it were not for the serious nature of the offence, this would be a side-splitting farce.

The defence team are a joke.

I'm glad the judge isn't going to let this stalling tactic continue.

This witness is Cameron Campena. A room mate of Tony Lazarro.. Casey`s boyfriend.

The boyfriend she spent all her time with when Caylee was with (according to Casey) " Zanny the non existent nanny" and the others that the prosecution talked about yesterday.

This witness is basically telling the story of Casey`s behaviour and movements during the time she spent with Tony - when Caylee was not around. ( so to speak)
