Afternoon all

my head phones arrived today so I can listen without disturbing anyone else

Picking up on what Olly said - I'm not sure I'd want to be a jury member that condemns someone to death on circumstantial evidence although sometimes circumstantial evidence can in some instances be as compelling as having definitive proof

I think she's doing a very good job of condemning herself by sticking to her version of events

listening to the tape they are playing now - she's coming across as a whiny brat who's annoyed that she's been incarcerated and got up at 4.30am to go to court!!

It's also coming across to me as though this is a loving, close knit family - the jury is out with me as to whether she has been the victim of abuse.

I guess when you have a mountain of circumstantial evidence it makes for a very compelling case, and the wieght of that evidence could result in a guilty verdict.

I believe she's guilty of killing Caylee but now I'm undecided as to whether it was deliberate or an accident.  Truthfully had she admitted Caylee was killed accidentally from the beginning she'd have gotten probably less than 15 years for manslaughter and neglect

By doing what she's doing and with the defence team being so inept, she is seriously looking at the death penalty but I'm not sure if she realises this is what could happen and that the jury will be able to see through her tissue of lies

FM

t's really winding me up to fear her keep saying 'all I want to do is get home' and then adding as an aside 'to help you guys find Caylee.' What the hell was she doing to find Caylee for 31 days? Why when it all came out and the police bacame involved did she simply carry on lying? FGS .........what on earth must the jury be making of it all?

I know they were pushing really hard to get the case tried before a body was found and I cant believe how cruel it is to the family this "missing child" scenario she is facing the family with.

Hi Roxan

Cruel beyond belief and she`s continuing their nightmare by her and her dumb defence teams latest story.

Casey only loves Casey.

Scotty

Someone from another forum just said - She just seems to be feeding her family hope that Caylee is still alive - I wonder if someone is feeding her hope that she won't be found guilty!

at this moment I'm finding it hard to argue with that.

how dare people knock my door and deliver items I've ordered off the internet when I'm listening to this - most inconsiderate

I can only agree with this - when he spoke about Spongebob Squarepants I had tears in my eyes.  I can only see him as a loving caring father and grandfather

Me too ...........my grandson loves Spongebob and we sing and dance to that too! I've no time for Casey and her pack of lies ........her parents have been through enough without these latest allegations. Surely to God - she could have just said 'it was an accident and I panicked' - why she has to create even more elaborate stuff and implicate others is beyond me.

She's a real piece of work - and if I was on the jury I'm sure I'd be feeling the same. I've yet to hear anything to make me change my mind.

Me too hoochie. George had nothing to do with this. He adored Caylee and Casey.

She`s left him a broken man.

Hi Scotty
Absolutley, and giving them false hope.

Yep. It`s difficult to comprehend what she`s done to them but one thing is for sure - they`ll never get over this.

someone else - God I'm reading too many forums   said it's possible Casey deliberately put the duct tape over Caylee's mouth to silence her once and for all because she was getting to the stage/age where she could tell her grandparents what her mother was doing????

it is just a musing but one that isn't so fanciful as it first seems

I guess the duct tape adds weight to it being deliberate, so the issue is whether or not the jury believe it was Casey who applied the duct tape.

That's my take on George, too.

Just want to just clear this up. There was some duct tape in Caylee`s hair. Other duct tape found on her skull was wrapped around her mouth and nose area.

There`s photographs to prove it.

So tight that it fused the jaw bone to the skull.

 Poor wee soul.

Yes. What a terrible thought.

She seems really annoyed with her mum.

I`m not sure Yogi. Roxan might know.

Bond hearing, bail was set (really high) and then revoked because it was clear she was lying.

It all involved Dog the Bounty Hunter revoking his bail offer - honest!

You couldn't make it up.
