WFTV is back up

Good
I like the WFTV banter too Pengy but it doesn`t have a split screen. I like to see Casey`s reactions.
Back to the hinky meter for now
They're certainly giving her every opportunity to help herself!
even though they sound a little frustrated at her - the interview technique from both is good. She's been given every opportunity to reveal what really happened but she's clinging to her story.
I'm assuming that by this stage they had been interviewing her for some hours including the time spend going to Universal as well as being in this room at Universal studios?
hello Sweets
I'm very rude I meant to say Hi Roxan
Hi all
It's unbelievable isn't it?
afternoon, just listening to her lie so much in that taped interview, shes fluent, shes flawless in her answers, and such a front She was so sure she had msn on there from this zanny....all rubbish.
Oh FGS!
Oh FGS!
Bozo getting on your nerves, Soozy?

Agreed
hes making bozo look like a fool
On the WESH site, there are comments that Bozo is trying to get Yuri to say that Casey was a suspect at this point - so Bozo can then say that the police failed to read Casey her rights.
hes making bozo look like a fool
Not difficult to do.
Yuri has a nice voice.
Where's this line of questioning leading to?

Yes .............I'm rather taken with him too
Where's this line of questioning leading to?
The police did not read Casey her rights until October 2008.
Bozo is suggesting the police were treating Casey as a suspect but didn't read her her rights.
The man is an utter buffoon!

OK .................can't see them proving that. Who knows? Been a long morning hasn't it?

It has seemed longer than usual, for some reason.
According to the site I am on, a few months ago there were hearings on the Miranda issue. Police said she wasn't read her her rights till Oct 08, as she wasn't a suspect until then.
If it has already been dealt with during a previous hearing, I don't understand why Bozo is going over it again.
Back later.
From the hinky meter:
Ok, it's official.... Baez is nucking futs.
"What would you have done if you sat on the sofa and Casey said, Don't sit there, Zanny is sitting there?!"
Yuri is looking at Baez as if he is out of his mind.

that simply is the signs of a desperate man .............it's like he's in the school playground. I can only assume he got the defence job cos no one else would touch the case with a barge pole. To be fair - how the hell are you supposed to defend someone who lies to absolutely EVERYONE? I'd be very interested to read his story when this is all over.
I love judge Perry too! I like how he gets down to 'bidness' and speaks very slowly-and-deliberately-when-he-wants-to-make-a-point (or berate one of the legal eagles!) He obviously knows his stuff - this is a high profile case after all but he provides a bit of relief and humour, which is good as I feel to immerse yourself too much in this trial has the propensity to get you down. I have had to try not to do too much catching up at night as I found myself going to bed feeling quite sad - if not disturbed. Maybe that is just me. Hi everybody
I can identify with that^^^^ Triggs.
Last night, I even dreamt about the trial because it is preying on my mind so much.
I really should take a step back but I know I won't.
it is hard to step back when all the details and courtroom drama is so accessible Yogi And however dark the subject matter I do find the case very interesting.

Agreed.
Apparently there is something in America called "ineffective assistance of counsel", as grounds for appeal.
I guess Casey can always use that, if she gets a guilty verdict.
Got the livefeed on now, but going to catch up with what i have missed. Back in a bit x
Hi Skylark.
Hi, is this conversation, before Caylee was found?
Hi, is this conversation, before Caylee was found?
I think so.
Yes about five months or so - she'd only very recently been arrested. originally in the excitement (wrong word) of the evening both Cindy and Casey said Casey was last seen on the ninth - they'd simply got the dates mixed up in nthe heat of the moment.
That's what they're discussing!

Thanks Soozy, I'd missed the date when the video had been recorded.
I hope the jurors have noted that Casey told Lee that her dad, as well as her mum, could "most definitely" be trusted.
