even though they sound a little frustrated at her - the interview technique from both is good.  She's been given every opportunity to reveal what really happened but she's clinging to her story.

I'm assuming that by this stage they had been interviewing her for some hours including the time spend going to Universal as well as being in this room at Universal studios?

OK .................can't see them proving that. Who knows? Been a long morning hasn't it?

It has seemed longer than usual, for some reason.

According to the site I am on, a few months ago there were hearings on the Miranda issue. Police said she wasn't read her her rights till Oct 08, as she wasn't a suspect until then.

If it has already been dealt with during a previous hearing, I don't understand why Bozo is going over it again.

Ok, it's official.... Baez is nucking futs.

"What would you have done if you sat on the sofa and Casey said, Don't sit there, Zanny is sitting there?!"

Yuri is looking at Baez as if he is out of his mind.

that simply is the signs of a desperate man .............it's like he's in the school playground. I can only assume he got the defence job cos no one else would touch the case with a barge pole. To be fair - how the hell are you supposed to defend someone who lies to absolutely EVERYONE? I'd be very interested to read his story when this is all over.

I can identify with that^^^^  Triggs.

Last night, I even dreamt about the trial because it is preying on my mind so much.

I really should take a step back but I know I won't.

it is hard to step back when all the details and courtroom drama is so accessible Yogi   And however dark the subject matter I do find the case very interesting.

Yes about five months or so - she'd only very recently been arrested. originally in the excitement (wrong word) of the evening both Cindy and Casey said Casey was last seen on the ninth - they'd simply got the dates mixed up in nthe heat of the moment.

That's what they're discussing!

Thanks Soozy, I'd missed the date when the video had been recorded.
