Anyone know what has led to this break?

I've not been following this at  all,but it's amazing that tv crews ,phones etc are allowed into courts in the USA.While here we still have court "artists" drawing folk. I think though there was a law passed up  here in Scotland that some court proceedings could be listened to on Radio,or did I imagine that?

I read something about a proposal at a Lib/Deb conference to allow broadcasting from courts, but I'm sure the proposal was rejected.

It`s breaking Cindy`s heart to testify against her daughter. She was evasive and covered for her, as did George (rightly or wrongly) until 6/7 weeks ago when they heard what Casey and her defence team were coming up with next...throwing George and Lee to the wolves. 

Casey and her defence gambled that they would still stand by her - they lost. 

Jury wee wee time possibly? Or as Judge Perry calls it - "special time" 

He always smiles when he says that. I love Judge Perry too Soozy.

Cindy Anthony is listening to 911 calls

After listening to them Judge Perry  is talking :  they are not to take into consideration the account on the 911 call about the money or the car, Casey is not on trail for these things he makes this clear to jury 

Amost all  American courts are open to speculation to the public.

Many of them do have camera crews in, more so than they used to. Although a lot of federal courts do not allow this. 

That's exactly how I'm seeing it too

I can't believe Casey's demeanour on the telephone to 911. She is so cold and detached, it's unbelieveable.

As much as they love her, it`s the only road they could take Yogi. They couldn`t let Casey destroy them too.

Casey   " :Hello ..hi...

I know who has her i finally got contact with her , I finally got to speak to my daughter today for a moment. "

Casey goes onto say who had her, says to the operator its  the nanny and mentions the nannys name and says she has gone through resources to find her. Spells out the nannys name.

Cindy is heartbroken in court, extreme emotions. crying uncontrollably, head down. 

Casey crying pretty hard through that too.

God! how dreadful it is.

What?  its being reported and watching the live, its awful how the situation in court is, its terrible to watch. Shocking infact.

Can any of you put yourself in her position that day? I think I can and .............it breaks my heart - she must have been absolutely terrified - I guess it was then the significance of the car smelling of death kicked in.

What a dreadful, horrific moment - I can fully understand her distress at reliveing that moment.

I do think she may have yes. She must do to be the way she is. Its awful beyond words.

Does anyone else feel like they've been though an emotional wringer?
