Hi Olly - Casey and Caylee left home on 16th June the day after Father`s day. That was the last time she was seen alive.

damn I am slowly getting too hooked into this

The defence are implying that George dumped the car therfore knew it had been at Amscot for 3 days and also thats how he knew to bring gas to the tow yard.

Got ya Cheers

oh and I meant to say I don't think it is weird to take petrol to pick up a towed car. .I have had a car stolen in the past and then towed to a police yard before. .  I brought petrol with me when I went to pick it up cos it was towed cos it had been dumped after the thieves drove it til ti ran out of petrol then dumped it.. so taking petrol to pick a car up seems a normal thing to do in my book anyway

and cheers for clearing the day of death of Ev.. just wanted to confirm in my head when Casey actually left home. .ie was Caylee still alive at the point of them leaving or had she died.. looks like it was the latter..

Can never be 100% but quite possibly she was already dead.

I can't get my head around the fact that Casey would say her daughter was missing for a month, was awol with the nanny (the one they never found)  the day Cindy phoned 911 and forgot to mention to anyone this!

That link i put up before explains it, but it takes some going through and your like  at the end of it.

No time for proof reading and editing, Olly.

My posts must be littered with typos.

re the comments about her taking the gas cans because she frequently ran out of gas. I believe (and sorry if im wrong) but that was what she told her mother the reason why she had taken the gas cans from the garage when she went on her fake 'long drive' to tampa bay (sp)  she also used the same excuse when the mum was wanting to see the grandaugher, that she was having a mechanic look at the car because she thought the gas was faulty. As to if it was true or not, dont know, but i think it may have just been part of her cover story.

Possibly but at the time George didn't know that. They seemed to believe all her lies.

Cindy on stand now

In a previous deposition Cindy testifies she could not remember putting dryer sheet in car now says she did.  Cindy says at time of deposition she was on medication and stressed and she didn't remember

Cindy says at that time she was very emotional. Now she says she has had flashbacks and she now recalls more.

a new medication made it difficult to remember whether or when  she put the dryer sheet in the car.

an item shown to court from caseys car

Cindy is having a hard time on the stand emotionally,  getting more and more emotional. She's having a hard time getting words out she is crying and wiping all the time.
