Interesting mention that George and Cindy had to agree not to show any reaction to evidence heard whilst sitting in court - as a condition of their being allowed to sit in court throughout the trial.

That must have been very difficult for George and Cindy when they had to listen to the sexual abuse claims and the theory that George had been involved in disposing of Caylee's body. IMO, it does shed some light on their impassive expressions during some awful defence theories.

Oops, forgot to say the Judge has ruled that Lee Anthony will be allowed to sit in the court throughout the trial

Q=the defence are saying the little girl drowned, and the father and casey found her... but what are they saying happened after that up to the point of that meter guy finding the remains in a bag with her blanket etc ??? What did they do with the body, and how did they not know what happeend to the body after they had found her drowned???

The answer i received

The defence were implying that it had been left in the trunk of the car, her white car,  but when her father picked the car up he said he threw a bag from the trunk over a wall into a dumpster

God almighty, no wonder half the jury shook their heads and sat looking at them like they were mad! they must be to lie their behinds off about NOT knowing the body they had put in the car was the bag they had threw over a wall into dumpster!!!!!

If i have this wrong please can anyone explain, thanks "

End of post

So i had spoke to someone who said they had this answer,(it was the wrong answer)  and i had asked if it was wrong, and i didnt get a reply.

Just to clear it up , like

Bliddy hell Ev, you`re like dog with a bone!

Ok , here we go...

You gave me the impression you`d read it from somewhere official and it was fact. That`s why I asked you where you got your info. This is just from someone you know with an opinion but no facts.

I wish I`d know that. I wouldn`t wasted my time going back and forward with this shoit!

I can`t even fathom out what that bolded part means. It`s all gobbledygook to me.

Anyway, that`s it for me - over! I can`t be bother with any more amauter sleuthing, speculation or guess work. I`ll stick to the facts - thank you very much.

Byeee   xxx

lol Bye Scotty xxx

But Before you go,       My first impression was not fact, but from someone like us who answered my question. I actually said at first it was from someone, who had thought it was correct and not fact at all.

I quoted this post  up there, and asked  in that post if it is wrong please let me know. THEN i mentioned at another point  about the defence may have said it also, and also said but i wasnt sure.

It may be gobbledygook, (my question on page 8) but  I have put it in italic not bold.

About Facts

I know we have both got at least two true facts wrong on this thread and  we both also admitted to it on here when we got them wrong.

So i was just answering a post from you today Like the bone that it is for you

xxx

I`ve just read back the thread and I could quote you and refute most you said up there, but I won`t.

I`ve been following this case and "looking forward" to the trial for nearly 3 years.

Now that it`s started....

I don`t intend to spend my time on here argy bargying points with you Ev.

I suggest we both put a sock in it.

Over and out!  xxx

lol

The fact is though i did say it was from someone first and not official, so thats the first thing you got wrong,  also I could quote you where you had got a few facts wrong and apologised for realising so. I  Dont need to do that.

I suggest we both put a sock in it is good

I have seen all of the news reports, Casey being refused bond, the defence trying to get the case tried before a body had been found, the lies told by Casey, the Anthonys home going into foreclosure, George attempting suicide, tapes from prison phone calls.......

Many, probably most from here assune Casey is guilty of murder but as I see it, and without wishing to seem discompasionate, the facts are as follows:

Caylee is dead.

No cause of death was identified by the coroners.

Casey is a proven liar.

Casey was culpable in the death, either by negligence per defence or murder per prosecution.

Casey partied after Caylee died.

Casey covered up the death either with the involvement of George per defence or without the knowledge of the grandparents per prosecution.

The truth lies somewhere between these lines.

This week we will see:

Cindy on cross examination

Lee Anthony trying to persuade the judge to allow him to be in court throughout the trial (like Cindy and George)

Lee Anthony on the stand

Prosecution detailing police evidence of their investigation into the disappearance of Caylee.

Thanks for that Roxan.

I twill be interesting to see it all pan out this week in court.

The lawyers are discussing it now.

I did wonder at one point whether this was sensible seeing as they may be key witnesses, just a thought.

That's why they don't allow it in our courts.

The Judge has decided Lee can remain in court. I guess things are very different in America.

So odd how they allow key witness's in before they give evidence. Crazy.

You can understand why they shouldn't, as they do so in the UK, but we don't have the death penalty here either.

I think Caylee is believed to have died on June 15th, the same day Casey left home.

ah cheers Yogi.. I thought that was the case but had forgotten for sure..

oh and another thing I was confused about. .when they asked the Dad something about knowing 3 days before the notice came that the car had been towed or something? what was that all about?

Sorry to be a pain I just couldn't see what they were trying to get at unless they were trying to prove the Dad knew the car had been dumped and would have been towed.. ..

damn I am slowly getting too hooked into this

Mount Olympus *Olly*

When i was watching it on my marathon sesh yesterday, i thought george already changed his 'careful wording' based on what he had heard the tow man say. I cant imagine what he said but it was words to the effect of ' well i presume so, i didnt remember, but it must have been' he was referring to a specific question that was also asked of the tow man.

(the tow man was a dead good witness i thought)

To be honest I was surprised they allowed Lee to sit in, it's unusual for anyone to be allowed in but Cindy and George were allowed as Caylee's next of kin - Lee is her uncle seems a bit tenuous.

Yes Roxan i agree ( good Morning ) No wonder the defence are not happy about this, it  isn't fair to me. I had noted a few people are of the impression even Cindy and George should not be allowed in    *shrugs*

Boils down to where your tried i suppose.

Ev (Peachy)

Apparently, the notice from the tow company was not pushed through the letterbox, but stuck onto the front door. The Anthony's don't enter the house by their front door and so the notice was there for a few days before Cindy found it. Therefore there was a delay between the notice being posted and George going to pick up the car.

The defence tried to make something of George's delay in picking up the car.

Sorry, this post is in reply to a question Olly asked ^^^^.
