Why didn`t Casey say that 3 years ago? This case would never have come to trial if she had.

Why doesn`t she take the stand and say it now! Why? Because the prosecution would destroy her.

Oh! She didn`t tell anyone Caylee was dead because her father sexually molested her!

Im godsmacked at the father and Mother sitting there so matter of fact, when they were telling everyone about her fathers penis in her mouth. They were obviously prepared for what the defence was going to say, but to have no outward emotion.

Accidental drowning, and sexual abuse to explain a cover-up and a compulsive liar.

So far, the defence statement smacks of desperation to me. I wonder what else they'll throw into the mix.

I can believe the abuse, maybe its been elaborated, but who knows if it was just thrown into the equation as an after thought.

People in the court are reporting juror number 10 and possibly 8 doesnt seem to be buying this from the defence.

Right, well I've just read a statement from the chap who represented he parents or summat - from 2 hours ago.  Saying he thinks contrary to popular opinion Casey might take the stand.

So, in the absence of anyone actually telling me it was said in court, I'll take it as armchair  conjecture then.

Her defense team have repeated time and time again that because she doesn`t take the stand, it doesn`t mean she`s guilty. Which is true. 

If it was an accidental death, as their claiming for the first time today. Why doesn`t she take the stand and explain it?

A summary of the Defense so far:

Caylee drowned, George found Casey with the body and threatened her, Somehow Kronk got remains and hid them to get reward, but after he sees a skull he gets distracted by a snake ... before long we have an autopsied snake.
