The only thing I am confused about is why you are now saying it depends on what verdict they reach(manslaughteretc), when infact, the FACT that 7 (a majority) of the jury would have to agree IF they were to pursue the death penalty is a fact regardless of what verdict they reach in this particular case.

Im not suggesting you did.. You came in and said you had been told 12, a few of us said no, 7, then you start saying it depends if she gets manslaughter...which it doesnt, coz if she got manslaughter, they wouldnt need to agree on the DP anyway, but the fact remains, IF they did have to it would be 7...therefore not depending on anything...that was my point!
