yeah, I get that, but the dispute was over how many of the jury would have to agree IF she were to get the death penalty...Not about manslaughter or lesser charges...which I dont think will happen anyway, she has to be looking at 1st murder, surely to god!

Im not suggesting you did.. You came in and said you had been told 12, a few of us said no, 7, then you start saying it depends if she gets manslaughter...which it doesnt, coz if she got manslaughter, they wouldnt need to agree on the DP anyway, but the fact remains, IF they did have to it would be 7...therefore not depending on anything...that was my point!
