If defense shows jury a pic of Casey from high school where she looks much younger it might engender sympathy.

I did see the video of Casey very young at a friends birthday party and she does look very cute like Caylee.

Obviously to back up their childish, imaginary world theory. Sneaky toads.

We could have sat back and just let the state proof their case, we don't have to get up and do anything.

What you have to actually look at is the actual evidence today.

He admits to there being lots of delays.

Baez says his biggest fear is that they will use emotion not law to decide verdict. He says there was so emotion in this case. 

Baez says Caylee was an innocent beautiful child who died too soon. That's not being argued. He says state is trying to invoke emotion.

Emotion is state's strategy. Shows Caylee vid, parenting, what mother should and should not do.

So if they have to show no emotion, will Bozo not be going down the route of sympathy for Casey then????? We shall see ....

Baez: If there was one instance of child abuse..you would have seen it, it would have been clear.

Baez says there was no evidence of child abuse. Says Caylee was loved. Calls the first two weeks of testimony and case "irrelevant".

 In one moment something happened that was not deliberate, not premeditated.

Caylee's death was sudden, immediate. Not premeditated.

surely the very simple fact that they have totally bypassed the whole child abuse thing that was the whole point of their opening argument then they have already shown they are lying and clutching at any straws they have.

I know Bozo isn't allowed to use the sex abuse claims because he didn't provide any evidence, but is he allowed to use the accidental drowning theory, as IMO he didn't provide any evidence to back that up either?

 Baez says all the car shows is if she may or may not have been transported. It doesn't show how she died.

Casey Anthony should have reported her daughter's death. He says she shouldn't have tried to block it out.

State does not have right to overcharge or inflate case to something that it's not. 

Casey Anthony acted inappropriately and should have reported her death. But state has no right to "overcharge."

Baez says if dead body had been in car Tony Lazzaro would have smelled or seen body when filled gas cans, and also it didnt smell to the roommate at the time, and these were in the car the most recent!Baez says jury may have missed "bombshell" when Maria Kish testified 4 friends got into Casey's car and didn't smell anything. 

baez says Lazzaro and other friends did not smell death in car. Now going in to gas cans.

Baez: who in the world reports gas cans missing?

It's a guy thing.

George Anythony knew that car was at the .. .and he knew that car was out of gas.

And you all remember he smelled the smell of death, the smell you never forget, and of course he did what every responsible parent did..NOTHING. he just went to work.
