I think Caylee was an accessory for her tho. . something to give her positive attention as in aww your daughter is lovely Casey would take as a compliment to her sort of thing... but still feel it was accidental death.. then she wrapped her up to cover it up and waited for a moment to dump the body once the car got too stinky... maybe cos I just can't believe somebody would ever do that on purpose if they were sane. .

Personally i am not sure if the jury has heard enough to go for 1st degree. I think there may be some doubt if this was an accident or murder. We have been able to read and see a lot of things that the jury hasnt . I dont think Cindy helped matters, only confused things. The jury should have heard more of Casey, the person and mother, and what actually happened on June 15/16th in more detail. Plus i think Casey should have taken the stand. She has said many times, nobody listened to her and she wanted to speak, but she never took the chance when offered to her, which i find slightly odd. She is maybe holding out for the appeal, which i am sure there will be.

yes i think she is. bill said on friday that she will do it and bozo will do the other side. It keeps it more streamlined apparently, because they did the openings.

Excellent! Linda was so clear and concise in her opening statement, I think the state have chosen the right person for the job.

With a bit of luck, Bozo will do his usual rambling and spluttering, as he makes his closing arguements.

Not sure what's happening. They are discussing the actual charges.

Seems the state and defence have come to an agreement on a change to the wording of one of the charges but haven't given JP written details of the change/agreement.

JP wasn't happy they hadn't done it, but both sets of lawyers were unaware JP wanted anything in writing.

Oh I think I see now. Defence and State are going through the sentences which might apply according to whatever Casey might be found guilty of.

Am I right?

Judge Perry is trying to push on, and is outwardly looking rather agitated.

He is wanting to go through what they both agree for the lesser offences.

If there is an argument about stuff let me here it NOW he tells them.

Judge Perry : There is no evidence the defence mistreat anyone, (went on to clarify this) or was sexually molested by her brother or her father.

Is Bozo asking if he can make reference to things in his closing arguement, which he did not provide evidence of during the trial?

Baez is basically saying, that all Caseys lies etc etc, are common with people who have been sexually abused when Young, and cant draw the line in sexual behaviour and lies etc etc (this is true btw, but not proof it did happen to casey just here say and what can draw from what we have learned so far)

Judge Perry is talking about evidence that can be introduced. "There is absolutely NO evidence that the defendant was sexually abused by her father or her brother." 

Baez arguing the case. JP saying none of this was said in testimony by anyone.

Basically - you never proved it.  

Baez also said there is no evidence chloroform, duct tape used to kill Caylee. So i think he is arguing the fact that there was also no evidence about sexual molestation, but they still should put it in the deliberations.  

Jeff Ashton's wife is again in court to see her husband take part in closing arguments.

Perry: Disregard Rodriguez testimony because he did not complete it. 

Court says there are no facts or reasonable inference on Casey Anthony being molested,

defense loses ability to argue sex abuse played in to her not reporting Caylee Anthony missing.

Closing statements in Casey Anthony Trial expected in 5 minutes.

Baez didnt pursue the sexual abuse enough. 

I think the defence can mention her actions may be in line with sexual molestation, But What you won't hear in Casey's defense closings: is allegations of george & lee sexually molesting Casey. Judge says no evidence of that.

Defence not happy, Casey Anthony is in deep conversation with lawyer Simms. Casey head is bowed. Simms shakes head, Beaz looks like thunder.

He couldn't provide any proof. The only person who could back up Bozo's allegation of sexual abuse was Casey, and the defence didn't dare put her on the stand.
