Cindy was silly to lie about these dates, she ought to have realised the state would check it out.

  not all employees are required to log on. He says log on shows "Unity system" will be activated.He says if you walk away for 15 minutes it would keep you logged on.  If out of system for more than 5 hrs. it would log user off.

Again on the monitor: cindy anthony vigorously shakes her head in disagreement. She sighs and writes something down. George has no reaction.

If her testimony is discredited, Judge Perry has said he may strike all of it.

i say hold her in contempt of court its not fair that the bloke got send down for making a jesture on tv, yet she has lied to purposefully deceive the jurors and gets away with it. I do have a lot of sympathy for her but, there is only so much you can turn a blind eye too

When the defence were calling their witnesses, I was either bored rigid or incredulous at how bizarre some of them were.

The prosecution and their witnesses have been so much better, IMO.

Agreed Roxan. The prosecution are showing that all of her testimony, regarding the computer searches, was untrue.

I can understand Cindy wanting to save her daughter from the Death Penalty.

I'm the world's worst liar, but would I lie to try to save my child's life? Yes, I would.

If I really thought my daughter was innocent, or if I really knew (and I was Casey) that I was innocent............I would have punched Baez and his Smarm and his smarmy (showbizzy) witnesses to touch by now.............

Logically and economically your right. But i don't think any of these buggas have thought of anything but their own needs. For different reasons of course. They just get desperate and do what they have to do.
