Jose Baez says state will be presenting new opinions from witnesses today..Baez basically asking judge to make sure prosecution has offered all its evidence, so there are no "surprises."

Investigation discovery, the only one i went on when watching the Scott Peterson trial (he did get the death penalty) it was appealed and still sits on death row i believe, not 100% sure ATM
