Well it will be interesting to say the least. I'd like her too. Not sure what her defence wants. I don't know now, at first i thought they definitely would not want this.. but im unsure again lol, thats what this trial has done to me 

 I think the jury will be dismiss their "affair" and her testimony as unimportant really.

I had to look up eviscerate, it means to disembowel.

I also think the Jury thinks George may be a liar like his daughter, and im not sure what impact it will have on the jury. If they leave everything here say out, and focus on the FACTS, they may well come to conclusion that there was no murder weapon, no DNA, the murder weapon the state says is the duct tape was contaminated by the FBI. The rest there is no PROOF. Even if it looks blindingly obvious Casey did it, they will get down to the niitty gritty, and say well.. we think there is a strong possibly Casey killed her daughter, but there is no proof. Its a toughie, and i can only imagine the way they will find her. 

I would put money on a lesser offence, even manslaughter and the child neglect etc.. Just my opinion.

I have a strong impression this is what will happen and that she will get a very harsh sentence of 25 to life for this - I no longer believe she will get the dp

I think she will be put away for a while, a bit like Myra Hindley, they have to keep her in for her protection, as is the case in these high profile cases. Either that or change her name, ID etc etc if or when she ever gets released.

OOO I know in the NHS here they keep records for about 7 years but most stuff then gets put onto a microfisch and stored elsewhere 

at least it did years ago - I guess they still do but store it on computer discs 

So the defence have rested, took them 13 days, took Prosecution 19 days

 Then timetable: rebuttal case by state. Closing arguments by defense then state. Charge jury. Verdict (or no verdict and hung jury)

It would make the jurors, witnesses. 

I have never thought the can should be opened, unless the jury has something to compare it too, how would they know the smell? One or two may, but to others its just a horrid smell

Why were they allowed to smell the other evidence.......?
