I think the Jury may believe her on some points, they have wrote down everything she has said, and are looking interested. Her voice and mannerism's are surprisingly natural for someone telling the truth now. She may have lied at another point, but she is being truthful on the stand about certain things (IMO) I think the Jury may note as well she comes across as sincere about the sleeping with George and she is adamant about what he actually said to her, quite firm and direct. Making her sound plausible.
Holloway on redirect agrees her statement was taken out of context.
Holloway says they said she had a criminal background (and i know George said this on the stand) that She had a criminal background and she actually doesnt!!
I'm not buying the tears sorry

Neither am I.

he did say that didn't he
Holloway: " I never went to anybody" She says detectives came to door 2 years later and then affair exposed.
Holloway: Went to NationalEnquirer because she didn't want story edited. Wanted her story in full, she thought they would tell the story properly.
Baez asks if she kept quiet about relationship for 2 years. Holloway appears to be getting emotional on stand.
Holloway is now crying as Ashton approaches her on the stand
Ashton Wants Holloway to read whole statement from. 2-17. She's still crying.
Ashton had Holloway reading her statement in Depo where she quoted George as saying " I really believe it was an accident"
CaseyAnthony - stone faced.
#GeorgeAnthony - angry-looking.
#cindyanthony - taking notes.
Jurors - watching intently
I'm not buying the tears sorry

mebbe it's because it's something that really annoys me about Americans but I can't stand the way they cry at the drop of a hat

I can't criticise anyone for crying at the drop of a hat - I could bubble for Britain.
I just feel her tears are contrived.

but they do they cry if they swat a gnat and then think the Brits are strange cos of the stiff upper lip and all that so I guess it makes us even
Ashton: George made it clear to you he had no first hand knowledge? Correct.
krystal holloway reads own statem't 2 police. It sez #georgeanthony said I really believe it was just an accident & she tried 2 cover it up.
Baez to Holloway: "Did he say Casey told him?" Baez to Holloway: Did you tell the police that he knew it was an accident? Holloway: that is correct.
Ashton says "Ms Holloway I'm frankly confused." Ashton: "In statement you said 'like he knew?' " Holloway: "YES!"
Baez wants to show Holloway something on the computer. Ashton objects. Sideba
George speaking to Cindy, Cindy head lowered, hand in head, saying something...
there is nothing in this testimony that in my mind brings reasonable doubt that Casey didn't do this - what it does question is whether it was an accident or by foul means
My computer not behaving today, missed some of that Dont know what to make of her to be honest ............

Did you watch that 24 hour mystery thing, where they put in their own jury and tried casey? very interesting.

I agree
Current poll over here:
Believe George = 74%
Believe Paramour = 26%
surprising - I thought it might be more even - maybe it will change when she's finished testifying????

yes they all seem to think immediately that it was an accident gone wrong I could be swaying that way myself but I'm still not sure because if it was an accident I'd have thought she'd have broken down and admitted it by now
Even if George lied about having an affair with her and she lied about having an affair with him, then changed her mind - none of it is important in the grand scheme of things.
The important thing is the defence are honing in on her claim that George only said "It was an accident that snowballed out of control."
As if he knew and was involved in the cover up.
Jeff made her read her statement re that in full.
George also said " I really believe it was an accident that went wrong and Casey tried to cover it up."
Big difference.
lol and after him saying he would never go near that court room lol, he is often there lately.
Is blah blah blah blah a legal term?
I think if George did make the statement to her regarding "an accident which snowballed", it may have been because he had started to disbelieve the Nanny kidnapping story and suspected Casey was the person responsible for Caylee's disappearance.
Naturally, he wouldn't want to believe Casey had intentionally murdered Caylee and therefore was thinking it must have been an accident.

Hi, yes i am thinking along those lines. If he said that, why didnt she ask more about it? She said she didnt ask anything further, which i think is a bit strange. She isnt all that bright tho, is she? I have to say tho, that i have missed some as comp playing up

I watched it when it first aired Ev. There was an uproar at the time because the guy (can`t remember his name now) who instructed and guided the jury - was part of the defence team.
Edit - was employed by the defence as expert on jury selection.
He was supposed to represent them during the jury selection but bailed out a few days before it started.

True. I would love to know how the Jury view this situation, and her full testimony.
Perry says instruction will be read as is. He says if he did anything wrong- he'll be graded later if it comes to that. As in appeal.
perry: jury will be instruction that Holloway statement should only be used to impeach #GeorgeAnthony not as evidence re #CaseyAnthony.
"OK jury, I have a statement to read to you."
Judge is reading instruction to jurors. Saying Holloway's statements are to George's credibility but not to how Caylee died.
Oh noes this is the mumbling guy who's as deaf as a post when the State asks questions but fine when the defence does
Judge instructs jury not to consider Holloway's statements in regard to manner victim died or Casey's guilt/innocence.
Holloway called to stand, just to be excused.
George and Cindy did not give eye contact or move when she walked past.
Dominic Casey back on the stand now. (he was the funny confused man when he took the stand the last time... who searched in area of wood where Caylee's remains was eventually found )
Oh noes this is the mumbling guy who's as deaf as a post when the State asks questions but fine when the defence does
Are you implying he "puts it on" when questioned by the state, Pengy?

Interesting! Thanks for that info Scotty
I have looked for many views and discussions and programmes with information who isn't one side or another, i find the guy on the WESH interview after the live feed to be very credible in his unbiased views (neither for or against the state or defence) which i prefer.
Apart from him (he is the young good looking stocky man, can't remember his name but he is an attorney) I can't find very many views similar, a shame.

He's apparently a New Zealander but has lived and worked in Europe and by that I think they mean the UK because I can detect a British sounding accent more so than a kiwi one

Well spotted.
George Anthony again on stand!
I missed the video cos the phone went and now George is back on the stand
George is obviously irritated by Bozo's questions - not surprising when you consider the claims Bozo made about George throughout this trial.
Baez: Asking George if duct tape we saw in video from search command tent was his. We're back on the 'ol duct tape.
GeorgeAnthony said duct tape in video could have been his or someone else's.
Baez asking George if he had just seen the vidoe that had been on.. and asked "Sir you didn't recognize that location as being close to your home? GeorgeAnthony does not recall where video taken.(I think George likes to be as awkward as possible with Baez, understandable though IMO)
