one party recordings can be a third degree felony in Florida.

So Jordons Credibility  is definitely questioned over difference in testimony

What was up with her ladyship this morning then? 

I think it may be just about her having a panic attack/ or tantrum this morning, and due to recent events where her defence said she wasn't fit to be in court, this was over ruled by judge after Casey had assessments to  say she was fit  enough to be in court.
