I have a theory about this whole competency stuff ..........it's a bit long winded and I may find it hard to put into words but ......................I do have a theory.
I think Lee was supposed to hint that he molested Casey and he just couldn't do it ......he was genuinely upset (as I believe was Casey) I don't think she wants George put through it - I bet she's changed her story AGAIN ..........Cheney Nason was heard shouting and Casey came out of the room crying on Saturday. I think she's not wanting to go along with the story and she's left the defence team stumped. perhaps it was all staged even for Judge Perrys benefit ..............who knows - she certainly thought she was gonna get away with something this morning - it backfired though!

just reading back, soozy i think you may have something there on Lee Anthony. I think it was unspoken that casey knew her family had decided to stick up for her. After the weekend and time to reflect, i really dont think they helped at all. the jury will have seen through them. IF anything, them doing that has made it more obvious that she did it and they are covering.
