A death qualified jury can render a guilty verdict and then go back and decide if she should be put to death. This is done so that a new jury does not have to come in a rehear all the evidence in order to determine her sentence.

that business on sat was her defence claiming she was mad, the court appointed 3 expert doctors, all said she was not mad. Therefore the trial continues as normal

How on earth the defense team is thinking they are ever going to get her off this is a joke.
First of all, they dont deliver on the statements they made at the very start, the whole basis of their case, that she was sexually abused. then they try to sneak witnesses in the back door. Now they are seen trying to get her declared mental.. HOW is this any way to prove she is innocent.
