very much so - so is JA to be fair to him he just has a flair for the dramatic which irks me somewhat because he's too good a lawyer to need to go down that route

I'll forgive him his occasional hissy fit, but I agree he is a very good lawyer and doesn't need to do it.

I love them both .....................I actually really enjoy Jeffs drama and Lindas heavy sarcasm is just brilliant - they make a great team IMO.

yes and yet she seems to agree with what the defence says as well - is she agreeing to both sides to confuse or because she's decided she will do anything to save Casey????  I really have to question just how much she wants justice for Caylee because her behaviour and her lies suggest that Casey is her primary concern now

Yes it does, although a compliant 2 year old is alien to me ............

cindy is starting to annoy me now, because nomatter how much she loves her daughter, shes done enough fibbing now. At some point she must also think that caylee was a little innocent child, she is the one who trully needs the justice.  While she might want to save her daughter, shes done enough now, she herself has lied for her   ..... come on now cindy...

I think you are right, Pengy.

If I were to try and guess what's going through Cindy's head, I'd say she feels she has already lost Caylee and can't help her any more. She doesn't want to lose Casey too, so is lying to protect her.

I don't believe she is thinking of justice for Caylee any more.

The car was bought on 2000 - a bit doubtful that a dealership would remember this!

true but I was just grasping at straws wondering if it might have been a private sale between two people rather than a dealership and that person would remember if there were any stains.  I'm suspecting though that it was a dealership and the State has already thought of this because they are very clever

I know the defence had her tested twice, need to check but I think this was agreed in pre trial between defence and prosecution.

Ok thanks for that
