I think Cindy is lying in an attempt to protect Casey.

Casey lies compulsively, IMO.

Cindy says she searched inhalation, acetone. She says she was often on drug library web site.

Reporters saying You should see the faces of the people in the gallery. They're stunned.

Jurors very interested , leaning forward taking notes.

She is going to get off here Casey. 

I imagine on rebuttal that the State can recall Yuri   to refute this and the prosecutors can affirm that they heard no such thing I suppose??? 

That is something i have never understood with Cindy and never will to be honest

Well it certainly got me all   

If i was the Jury, i wouldnt know what to think, its sooo complex and weird. 

Personally all I see is a mother/grandmother trying damage limitation - the chloroform shows intent which would lead to a conviction to first degree murder! She knows mow that her daughter is guilty - she has lost her grand daughter ...............she really doesn't want to see her daughter sentenced to death. She's in a no win situation.

I don't know, they could do, or think she is mixed up before but not now, who know for sure. But as Cindy is taking some of this wrap, well the jury is going to think what else they dont know, all these unanswered questions. 

The only thing I can think of is that Cindy has already lost her granddaughter and can't bear to lose her daughter, too.

as a nurse (was she one at a hospital?) she would have access to hospital websites, libraries etc., (usually available for students both nursing/medical and allied fields) to look this sort of stuff up so why would you do it at home when you're going to get better information and access to professionals at your place of work?

She's certainly trying to, but I'm not sure the jury will believe her - I didn't.

But it may cost her a lot more, and would she ever forgive herself, ?

I don't know what to think. tbh. I don't think she is telling the full truth, but if the jury are to believe she is lying they have to discount all the testimony, and possibly George's, and even consider he wasn't truthful about the affair.

For almost three years she believed her daughters story about the baby sitter. What Grandmother would want to believe that their own child had killed their grand child (if that makes sense). Casey is a convincing liar - Cindy wanted to believe her - I really don't find that hard to understand. I think it was only when she came up with the story of drowning/George involvement and sexual abuse that the penny dropped with her TBH. They were still looking for Zanny up to three months ago

i can just imagine that cindy is tearing herself to bits over this and spent last night tossing and turning on how could SHE be part of her daughter getting the death sentence.  I see today as her saying, im sorry i cant be part of this. I doubt the jury or anyone believes her and will probably let it slide because they can feel for the impossible situation she is in. at least now she can say she tried.

She looked up chloroform or chorlofyrm? (she`s a nurse) possibly 84 times and while browsing was inadvertently directed to a site for neck breaking.

As a grannie myself, and i thought my grandaughter was kidnapped or "lost" , i wouldnt get the car, and clean it out with wipes, a whole can of febreeze and allsorts, and destroy evidence. Which she did on July 15th 2008. There is a lot of stuff i have issues with, with this woman . We shall leave it that , if we can ? x x

The whole family is odd, sorry but that is my view. I wouldn't trust none of them as far as i could throw them.

When will it ever end for Cindy and George? There will probably be retrials etc. etc. - already it's been three years - WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Along with Caylee they are the real victims IMO!

I really don't see that. Grandparents who loved their grand child - visits to the great grandfather on fathers day. What is normal?

She could come out with *I disposed of the body* and  i wouldnt know what to believe. 

She has made a rod for her and the rest of her family's neck as far as im concerned, and i dont  for one moment think the prosecution wanted her to do this. 

Its going to be divided very much more now about a lot of things. 

yeah, and out of those two i feel for cindy more than george. she still has to sit through the mistress giving evidence. The affair in itself would send the most normal woman of the edge. what she is experiencing is off the scale.

Well i do. Even if all we know is that they are all  liars, i think the family is odd. A lot of things don't add up. A lot of things they have done that normal families wouldnt do. 

I was looking last night at pictures of Casey and Caylee , they were from FB originally. What lovely photos, they both seemed so happy. Its a very strange case indeed . 
My heart goes to Caylee, poor thing. She is the only one i care about here . 

Bill is saying that the state will be going back to Cindy's testimony in rebuttal.

I think the truth will come out.

Witnesses that saw her?? Patients that she tended to?  I find it odd that the only way to tell is by her emails????? 

Edit: that's what Cindy said was the way to tell if she was at work by her email records!

I think all that it will prove is she may be lying.
