Yeah.

I'm not superstitious when it comes to things like walking under ladders or things like this. But other things I am.

But if I see my team win, I have to wear the same socks, underwear, clothes, belt, footwear, for the next match I see. If they lose then I change for the next match, if they draw I decide whether it's 2 points dropped or 1 point gained.

I don't know if this is superstition, but I always have to have even numbers of things. Like for example if I open a book of stamps, I have to take them out in straight lines and always leave an even number on each line, even if it means binning one.
Another example is say bottles in a cupboard. If there is a few they always have to be in equal lines and if I take one out then another has to come out as well to keep the lines equal.
I have it in my head that it's bad if I don't do things like this.

Supersitious no.  OCD yes.

When my son was really ill in hospital as a newborn, I used to freak out if one of the 'congratulations on the birth of your son' cards fell over, I was sure it meant he was going to die.

I think there is more danger from walking under a ladder than perhaps walking on the cracks in the pavements or perhaps the sight of a magpie or a black cat.

What about 'peril from above'? There is all manner of flying nuisances more than willing to drop their 'excess' on the noggings of unsuspecting humans travelling below. Walking under the ladder may well prevent 'the delivery' from reaching it's intended destination (your head).

I bet you didn't think of that
