Tin openers?
At work i opened some tuna and put the opener in the sink of soapy water.
To disapproving frowns from fellow staff who say the never 'wash' their tin openers - just wipe them dry !!!

I wash mine every time I use it.
I washed mine and it's gone all stiff.
It is also leaking some kind of yellow oil.

Luckily lots of tins have ring pulls so i hardly use mine....I wash it sometimes as it doesnt always touch anything, and I never open cans that have meat or fish....just coconut milk and tomatoes really
Yes, I 'wash' it. It's a quick dip in the water, clean it and dry it straight away. I then leave it out for a short while before I put it back in the draw

Mine is a white plastic one, but I think immersing it in hot water has ruined it.
