I love my footie and couldn't give a monkey's about rugby, apart from the Six Nations.

Rugby league's the worst - their fans can't seem to let anyone else enjoy their own favourite sport, whether that's union or footie, without banging on about how much better RL is.

Far as I'm concerned, it's a minority interest confined to a few towns in Yorkshire. And it can stay there.

... and Lancashire Nod

Not sure where the Celtic Crusaders are based. Anyone any idea?

Wales.

The O/P sounds like it is referring to Premiership ,Champions League & International football, A visit to lower league clubs would show a different side of the coin.

Fully agree!! Thumbs Up
As I said before - the atmosphere when it's YOUR team doing well is fantastic.
Doesn't happen often though. Frowner

Nope - maybe I should have been posh and said one's team instead of your team. Big Grin
But my team let you have Simon Cox - treat him nicely. Frowner

Non league football is the best.....stand where you like, change ends and half time and chat to the subs warming up...the food is also better cos its cooked there and then and is not some mass produced rubbish!

Also much cheaper to get in and a programme is about ÂĢ2.50.

It's like that when I watch Arsenal ladies play and the Arsenal Babies Croc.
The Ladies matches cost 3 quid for adults if you don't have a season ticket - programme is a quid - and the reserves are free.
Millwall Lionesses have just been promoted to the Ladies Premier League, they looked quite a useful side when we narrowly beat them in the London County Cup last season
