Thats what i have started to do, they are easily spotted.

Just check out the troll tank and take things from there, i have so far red some insults directed at other users and decided to post around those users, but no, i wouldn't put them on ignore, like others have said it's good to read when it's not you involved, but i don't fancy a being on the recieving end of these muppets so i tend to avoid them at all costs but still read all the arguments and stuff.
