If she is up against any housemates apart from the other females (ie Siavash, Freddie and Marcus) - she goes home! Sophie versus 3 guys this week would be a massive win for Channel 4, they can line their pockets from a vote to evict a housemate generally considered inoffensive and boring! I doubt such a scenario arises too often so they must take full advantage of it.

At roughly the half way stage, the housemate most likely to generate some media interest this summer will be entering the public domain. Despite the lack of interest this year i'm certain that the tabloids and lads mags will take to Sophie. In fact, her Big Brother experience might just kick-start a successful glamour career for her, who knows!

I don't believe Sophie was offered a realistic chance of avoiding the public vote last week, or this. Big Brother knew they could never get her nominated through the regular process, because she is so popular, so they manipulated the rules against her - the same rules, that had they wanted, could have been used against Noirin, Lisa and others. I also question whether the tasks set to avoid punishment could have been passed. Big Brother study the housemates so closely; for instance, i bet they know how often Sophie swears in a day, i bet they even have a statistic informing them how often Sophie swears per hour of every day that she has spent in the house.

So, they have the ammunition, now all they have to do is present to the viewer that Sophie is the housemate to send home, or just as likely; Sophie is the housemate that wants to go home. The public will duly oblige, and the show moves forward..... and Channel 4 begin plotting how to get more money out of us.

She would survive against Lisa or Snarly, or maybe even Noirin.

I think she definitly would survive against any other female, possibly Rodrigo and Charlie too.
She must have swore intentionally, i mean, she hardly ever speak's so swearing should have been easy. She almost stayed silent last week, she came closest to it with only an 'oop's' uttered when she past wind. I'd like to see if she has a personality this week now that Kris is gone.

Personally, i think Lisa up and out this week would be ideal - especially for the sake of the newbies next Friday. But i'm sure Big Brother could have found an excuse to put Lisa up, so unlikely that she will be.

I think she'd only win over Lisa (at a push Marcus) ......the dirl is dull as ditchwater ..........if I her her say 'I dunno' one more time I swear I'll stick my foot through the telly.

Shame really as she is just a baby ..............the thing is she's a baby without being sweet - obsessed with the size of her boobs and her looks etc. - not really a good combination IMO.

I wouldn't be sorry to see her go .........in fact I'd hardly miss her.

BB have little choice though, with Lisa & co and thier continual block voting we have lost good HM's and will continue to do so. I'm glad they have stepped in at this point, to avoid a nightmare scenario of Siavash & Freddie being up. I for one don't blame BB, I like Sophie she seems a sweet girl, but she is boring, I'd rather her go and join Kris, and dissapear into oblivion together.

Sophie is very boring and has nothing to offer....Let her come out and join her boo in scouting for mag deals Laugh

There will be plenty of deals for Sophie when she is evicted - but i doubt that any of them will involve Kris. Comments made by people who actually work on magazines and have appeared on BBLB have said as much.

We don't yet know which way the new hms will go, but I would imagine that at least half of them will gravitate to the 'outsider' group if they watched even the first week or so.

Would it not make better viewing to watch the group dynamic evolve naturally? For instance, look at this press release from earlier today:

quote:
Noirin, Marcus and Halfwit had a bit of a gossip about divisions that are appearing in the group and how Dogface seems to be drifting away from Karly and Lisa. With an imminent punishment hanging over her head, is Dogface looking for a safe haven with another group?

Despite her obvious limitations, Sophie is very much a popular member of the group, overall. I just feel that voting her off to even up 'The Teams' is a poor decision, at this stage of the series.
