Yep - in right hand corner of spinny disc time thing it says,
"Time limit - 3hours"
So - if you want a day out - you can't.
The disabled are not wanted for longer than 3hours.
And y'know i see a lot of them empty

Yes you can, but you shouldn't tie up a disabled spot when you're not actually using it.
You can't force disabled people to be using disabled spots 24/7.
