I find my life makes it very hard to keep to any healthy eating plan and even worse to get any exercise - although I do walk quite a bit and regularly do over 6000 step per day.
That's pretty good EC ... they say just doing little things helps, like walking places + taking the stairs instead of the lift etc.
I have a cheapo manual treadmill, with a home-made shelf at the front to rest the lappy on. It's also positioned right in front of the tv. Combining faffing with keeping fit, lol !!
Today I have been for a very long walk, my phone tells me that I have completed nearly 12,000 steps. The beauty of Sheffield is that it is built on seven hills, so the town centre goes up and down albeit less steeply.
I popped into M&S and bought a basic salad and two pots of specialist salads pots, they will be my tea. I have also bought a box of red seedless grapes for later in the evening.
