Not quite twinnies Supes as I'm sure you've got and passed 3st? After tonight I'm 2.5lb away from that and it's bloody Easter!

Someone at group did just 2 sp days one day before weigh in and one through the week to pull back a bad weekend and she still got 2.5lb off! So I might try that.. A full sp week would kill me... Sounds too much like a 'diet'

Well done pirate. Although it sounds like you're really depriving yourself and feeling hungry, especially if you're hankering after the dogs' food! You really don't need to, you can eat loads on SW, including rice and still lose weight Have you looked at the online recipes?

FM

i got the SW books & recipes

but trouble with me is if i find something that works, i stick with it

cos if i stray off that format, im more than likely to order a curry/pizza/chips etc...

i love my food, this cauli rice isnt so bad, i add chicken or fish sometimes, im not a big meat eater, i only like turkey & rib eye steak

i eat  lot of omlettes aswell

cos lisas mom has got chickens & we get new laid eggs every morning

When I did SP week I only lost 1/2lb. And it really killed me not being able to fill up on sweet corn.

Have you done the SW chips? I was never a chip eater but they are lovely even Odd Kidd loves them. And the pizza topped chicken is brilliant. You could swap the chicken breasts for Turkey.

Cinds, I feel way too deprived and as if I am on a diet if I do SP, although I do sometimes try and cut down a bit on the carbs, say just having potatoes/rice/pasta/noodles once a day.

Made the SW sweet potato and celeriac gratin http://www.slimmingworld.com/r...celeriac-gratin.aspx

as an accompaniment to pork casserole tonight. Was all ready to say that it wasn't worth the effort and washing up and too many competing flavours going on but OMG it was fab. Will deffo be going in to my favourites, but maybe for a w/e or when cooking for friends, rather than a mid week accompaniment for a supper after work!

Well done Jen I had another rubbish week, but well and truly back in the zone now: 3 weeks tomorrow 'til my next Turkey trip Had a fab supper tonight: salmon marinaded in honey and ras el hanout, with lemon, lime and coriander couscous; baba ghanoush, spiced feta and courgette fritters and tzatzki all from the new Mediterranean magic book. Tasted FABULOUS, even though I do say so myself!

Okay, then if you lose more my donation will go up to ÂĢ30
