Maintain this week, which I'm okay with given I ate a whole tub of Brymor ice-cream on Sat night It really is better for me to not have naughty stuff in, I thought I'd just have a small amount and the next thing I knew the lot was gone
There's a new SW 'Mediterranean' recipe book, available in paperback a couple of weeks for ÂĢ9.99 Had a look last night at group and put an order in, looks the best yet

Always good when that happens I was adamant i was gonna gain the other week and i had 1/2lb off
I'm getting really bored of food.... I'm eating less and can't be bothered with planning ahead atm! I'm on track for a loss tonight (cheeky home weigh) but I've fallen into a pattern of just eating the same things all the time... I was the same before starting SW, although those 'same things' were very naughty ones!
I make weekly Spag bol (whole fam loves this one) chicken curry, pasta and chicken with Tom based sauce.... Saus, egg, chips, and beans... That's pretty much it! I do sometimes make beef burgers with cheese and bacon or pasta with bacon and spinach (express book) I think i need to try a few new recipes It's difficult with so many other mouths to please!
I've made a beef casserole for tonight's dinner, smells lovely. Will serve with some lovely peppery savoy cabbage.
Weigh-in today & lost 5lbs. Very pleased.

Nope, I have cooked chicken in a white sauce with thick cut mushrooms and 2 colour peppers all served on a bed of brown rice.
Tonight I will be opening a pot of prawn cocktail and spreading it onto brown bread cakes. A very lazy tea.
Not very often it happens, but I really fancied something sweet tonight. So I'm making the SW Apple Betty recipe (2 syns per serving) and will serve with a dollop of fat free fromage frais, to which I added some sweetener & vanilla essence.
Weigh-in today & lost 5lbs. Very pleased.

WHOOP, WHOOP, fabulous I was going to suggest some other nice recipes you could try but tbh you're nearly there doing what you're doing, so why change a good thing?

What the heck are brown bread cakes?
I'm not keen on bread but love a SW friendly prawn cocktail, with big fat prawns, crab,low fat fromage frais and mayo, ketchup, tabasco and lemon. Oh and has to be on iceberg lettuce, the only time I ever use it

i did chinese chicken fried rice style
a huge plateful it was
and it was better than i thought it would be
im having it again tomorrow

I had chinese tonight: 5 spiced duck breast, stir fry veg with chilli, ginger and garlic and sesame and peanut noodles made with 1tsp each of sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar for 3.5 syns Been really, really good this week, so hoping for a decent loss at tomorrow's weigh in
