I'm getting really bored of food.... I'm eating less and can't be bothered with planning ahead atm! I'm on track for a loss tonight (cheeky home weigh) but I've fallen into a pattern of just eating the same things all the time... I was the same before starting SW, although those 'same things' were very naughty ones!

 

I make weekly Spag bol (whole fam loves this one) chicken curry, pasta and chicken with Tom based sauce.... Saus, egg, chips, and beans... That's pretty much it! I do sometimes make beef burgers with cheese and bacon or pasta with bacon and spinach (express book) I think i need to try a few new recipes It's difficult with so many other mouths to please!

I'm not keen on bread but love a SW friendly prawn cocktail, with big fat prawns, crab,low fat fromage frais and mayo, ketchup, tabasco and lemon. Oh and has to be on iceberg lettuce, the only time I ever use it

I had chinese tonight: 5 spiced duck breast, stir fry veg with chilli, ginger and garlic and sesame and peanut noodles made with 1tsp each of sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar for 3.5 syns Been really, really good this week, so hoping for a decent loss at tomorrow's weigh in

You name it I did it Jen, 5 syns as day, less carbs, more portion control, more speed foods, no booze, more exercise, (easier when I'm not at work.) So we're still SW twinnies then
