Lost 2 lbs Was expecting a maintain at best.... must have been all of that diuretic green tea I drank today 

Celebration supper was: sea bream stuffed with, ginger, chilli, lime and spring onions with stir fry veg and noodles, (cooked in sesame oil, the one thing I can't compromise on!) Oh and a bottle of my birthday champagne, all shared with a friend

How you doing Supes? I made 'roast' chicken dinner tonight with peas, carrots and sweet corn... Summer berries and a muller for a snack later

I ate very little in Sat (omelette and salad with a bowl of fruit and muller. Plus 2alpen light bars that's it all day!) and went to friends house for drinks.... I was sloshed very quickly a slurring! Think I will plan meals better if I do that again lol

Sounds like you're having a great week Jen I'm having my worst ever! Been fine during the day/with meals, but had a malteser fest on Sat eve and a cashew nut fest last night! Been super good today 'though, too busy to eat all day so just had fruit and then made a carbonara for supper, followed by a turkish delight muller light

Supes i made a big booboo on Sunday... had a tuna salad at lunch time and took my eldest 2 and niece to  cinema... was really good and only had diet coke even after spending a fortune on popcorn for three young uns (thats after getting sweets and drinks from ÂĢ1land!!)..... on the bus on way back and was searching the web for for low syn take aways as it was nearly 6pm... Minimins it said Chow mien was 7 syns from take away.... i ordered and when i went to add it to my online diary it came up as 16.5!! Good thing i avoided the popcorn and sweets

Half a pound off Jen... not a lot but I'm now in the next 'stone' bracket I'm expecting good things for you tomorrow, fingers crossed xxx

PS One of our group lost 9lbs this week and got her 4 and a half and 5 stone awards in a oner Don't want to take anything away from her, (she's a hoot, eats nothing but chicken every night that she gets off the back of a lorry!) but she's having relationship traumas....and she'd be the first to say that's a sure fire way to drop a few stone without trying!

I lost one and a half stone with WW this year, and have kept it off too. Well ... maybe a couple of pounds on, but I'm loving the new slimmer me

 

However, I may need to pop in here in the new year

 

And Rents, don't do the Cambridge, it's just not sustainable. Your bike will help, get out and about on that
