My parents both worked (my Gran lived with us) and they went without so that my sister and I could have a decent education at public school.
I got sick of having to dumb myself down to avoid being judged many many years ago - if folk have issues they can jog on or talk to me... their choice, cos I don't judge see and all my friends get on great whether they went to Eton, Harrow or Woodmill High School - they have stuff in common and that's what matters :-D
