When BB started on thursady I tought I hear Davina say the tasks the non-house mates would have to do to become house mates would test them and they would earn the right to become house mates, 1st one fine- I would want my eyebrows shaved off, but since then... answering the phone and then just being picked !! Did I misunderstand.

They most likely ran out of ideas after the first one......they're not that bright
You could be right , this whole series has the feel of a closing down sale,
l heard her say that too, but l am firm in the believe that 3yr old children are setting the tasks and would find them a challenge.
Welcome BTW.
Welcome BTW.
Yeah, I heard her saying that it would be testing their fears
Oh my days.... BB have run out of ideas... Its not a crime to poach ideas from other Countries BBs...
with no live feed it won't really matter how hard the tasks are cos WE WON'T KNOW!!
I guess its the fear of not becoming an actual housematequote:Originally posted by mary_bee:

Yes, but the tasks aren't testing their fears. They should have used big hairy spiders or something
Are you forgetting the health and safety issues?quote:Originally posted by Kaytee:quote:Originally posted by pretty~cocoa~eyes:

I'd go with the not thinking it through/run out of ideas theory.

Or fear of biscuits breaking in their tea.
How scared they have been so farquote:Originally posted by mary_bee:quote:Originally posted by pretty~cocoa~eyes:I guess its the fear of not becoming an actual housematequote:Originally posted by mary_bee:

Why couldn't they have given them some really gruelling tasks, BBUSA style
Sitting in a suspended box, holding their breath, etc etc
I find that more entertaining - it can really show what people are made of and how desperate they want to be there.
I don't want to watch Play School thanks very much.

I 'd just like to be watching something, it just feels wrong on the first weekend of BB not to be sat with my peanut butter KitKat and mug of tea, getting annoyed with the bird song and deciding which housemates I like.
i can see this being the last one

Absolutely shocking, actually! I'm surprised there's not been complaints to Ofcom about the terror

big brother belgium 2006 released 100 tarantulas into the house as part of a task, in the confines of the bb house so far available that would have been something special for the cast to wake up to
forgot to add of course being bb there were 4 free webstreams to watch so you could watch the hm's catching them and putting them in the 100 tubs.
a great way to wake up hm's

I'm thinking of that task where they showed the spiders in a tank, then locked them in a darkened room and told them that nasties were in there with them
Did they have their NVQ in telephone answering?
Im quit shocked my self... Im waiting for the Suns headlines tommorrow...quote:Originally posted by mary_bee:quote:Originally posted by pretty~cocoa~eyes:How scared they have been so farquote:Originally posted by mary_bee:quote:Originally posted by pretty~cocoa~eyes:I guess its the fear of not becoming an actual housematequote:Originally posted by mary_bee:

You do realise we have sensitive viewers right? OFCOM will get complains about spider cruelty...quote:Originally posted by Big Brothers Big Scam:quote:Originally posted by pretty~cocoa~eyes:Are you forgetting the health and safety issues?quote:Originally posted by Kaytee:quote:Originally posted by pretty~cocoa~eyes:

I'm wondering if they will have many Endurance Tasks where the HMs have to stay awake for a couple of days?
We wouldn't know if it really happened, would we?
